Supreme Court ensures NIH embryonic stem cell research continues

The Supreme Court was smart enough in January to refuse to review a challenge to federal funding of human embryonic stem cell research brought by pro-life researchers (Sherley v. Sebelius, U.S. Supreme Court, No. 12-454). By doing so the court agreed the National Institues's of Health's interpretation of the law was correct that it can fund stem cell research  from embryos that were not actually destroyed in the course of that research.  In case you don't know, NIH is the nation’s medical research agency that supports scientific studies that turn discovery into health discoveries for everyone.  I would like to extend my thanks to the United States Supreme court.  You got one right, nice job!
